1. Delivery Overview
We provide two types of deliveries based on your consultation:
Reports (Numerology, Astrology & Chakra Analysis)
- All personalized analysis reports will be delivered via emailin PDF format.
- Reports are sent after your consultation appointmentand internal review.
Products (Gemstones, Crystals or Jewellry)
Physical products such as gemstones, crystals, or jewellery will be delivered to your address via courier.
Each product is selected according to your personal chart and energy field.
2. Delivery Timeline
All timelines are calculated from the date of your scheduled consultation (or from directly order placement):

- For email reports, delivery confirmation will be sent once your report is successfully examined and generated.
5. Shipping Charges
- Domestic Shipping (within India):May be free for online payment and if cash on delivery option available on the website than courier charges will have to pay by customer at the time of order or consultation booking. Courier charges will be very on product and location specific
- International Shipping:Charges vary based on location, weight, and customs.
- Final charges will be confirmed during your consultation or checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
- As per our No Return / No Refund Policy, all gemstones and reports are customizedand energy-aligned, hence non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Clients are responsible for verifying all shared information (DOB, time, place, etc.) before analysis.
7. Damage or Delay
- If the physical package is damaged or tampered, do not acceptit from the courier. Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.
- Though we aim to deliver on time, unexpected courier or customs delays may occur, especially for international shipments.
8. Jurisdiction
- All matters related to delivery, disputes, or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
